1. Website and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to PlazaSentral.my, an independent real estate marketing and enquiry resource for services provided through One WSM Property Sdn Bhd. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

2. Independent representation

The website is not the building management office, developer or an official building portal. Ownership of the domain does not confer authority over all Plaza Sentral properties. Representation of a particular unit depends on the relevant owner’s instructions. Management, maintenance and common-area matters should be directed to the appropriate management office.

3. Listings and property information

Listings are invitations to enquire, not binding offers. Availability, asking rent or price, floor area, condition, photographs, floor plans, tenure, building features and completion dates must be confirmed for the specific property. Availability and terms may change before the website is updated. Floor areas are supplied for guidance and should be independently verified. Illustrative listings and stock imagery are identified as such and do not represent an available unit.

The “No Rental SST” label records information provided for that letting and is not a tax ruling; applicability must be confirmed before contracting. Month or quarter availability is indicative, not a guaranteed possession date. All rental amounts quoted on this website include building service charges. Unless expressly stated, rental quotations do not include utilities, parking, deposits, applicable taxes, duties, legal costs or other transaction expenses. Purchase prices do not confirm the inclusion of service charges or other holding and transaction costs. No forecast of occupancy, rental return or capital appreciation is guaranteed.

4. Enquiries, viewings and contracts

A form submission, resource request, viewing, email or WhatsApp conversation does not reserve a unit, create a tenancy or sale agreement, or appoint an exclusive agent. Any transaction or agency appointment requires the relevant parties’ separate written agreement. Do not pay deposits or fees solely on the basis of website content; verify instructions, recipient details and the relevant documents.

5. Appraisals and reports

A free unit appraisal is an indicative market opinion for an initial leasing or sale discussion. It is not a formal valuation, legal opinion, tax opinion or investment recommendation. Reports and leasing decks are general information and may contain dated or approximate figures. A formal valuation or professional advice should be instructed separately when required.

6. Tenant resources and vendors

Vendor introductions are provided as a convenience. Unless separately agreed in writing, we are not a party to your vendor contract and do not guarantee a vendor’s work, licensing, insurance, pricing or response time. Assess credentials, scope, quotations and suitability before appointment. The tenant resource section does not provide building management services or a guaranteed service level.

7. Information you provide

Provide accurate information and only submit data, photographs, plans or instructions you are authorised to share. Owners and representatives remain responsible for their authority to list and the accuracy of their property details. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

8. Permitted use and intellectual property

Use the website for legitimate property enquiries and internal evaluation. Do not attempt unauthorised access to the CMS, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or harvest enquiry data. Website branding, original copy and design belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party photographs, fonts, plans and other materials retain their respective licences. Obtain permission before reproducing materials for public or commercial distribution beyond applicable legal exceptions.

9. External links and service availability

External links, WhatsApp, email applications and third-party documents operate under their providers’ terms. We may amend, suspend or discontinue website features and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of material relevant to a transaction and contact us if a form fails.
